By registering an account on berpk, logging in through the berpk Login page, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on this platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all services offered by berpk, including but not limited to berpk Casino, the sports sportsbook, bingo rooms, slot games, Happy Fishing, and the berpk Wallet.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your berpk account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account, regardless of whether those actions were performed by you directly or by someone else using your credentials.

All games available on berpk — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, Happy Fishing, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's on-screen rules and these Terms, the game's rules take precedence for that specific game.

berpk uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others. These providers are independently audited to ensure game fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. berpk does not manipulate game results in any way.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the berpk platform for personal and entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any berpk content without prior written consent from berpk. Any unauthorized use of berpk's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, berpk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

berpk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
